Scott Walker Removes Painting of Milwaukee Children from Governors Mansion

Governor Scott Walker and his wife have replaced a David Lenz painting of three Milwaukee children of different races with a century-old painting of Old Abe, a Civil War-era bald eagle from Wisconsin, in the Executive Residence.
