Former Rep.
J.D. Hayworth (R-AZ), primary challenger of John McCain, has earned himself the complete ire and contempt of one the Tea Party kings -- Glenn Beck himself. On his radio show today, Beck ripped Hayworth for his appearance in a 2007 informercial promoting a company's questionable seminars promoting "free money" in government grants.
One of the tell tale signs of how a Supreme Court nominee is going to fare is always the initial criticism of the opposition.
So far the right wing has President Obama's Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagen with allegations that she a socialist (Glenn Beck), hates the military (Bill Kristol), and is a bad driver (National Review).

Fox News infotainer Glenn Beck told his viewers, "I told you so!" Beck said too many people assumed Scott Brown was a small government conservative.
I don't believe he ever claimed to be a tea partier or small government conservative.
