Lindsey Graham, South Carolina Republican, sent a letter Saturday to groups who have worked with him on an energy security bill � which is being co-sponsored by Sen. John Kerry, Massachusetts Democrat, and Sen. Joe Lieberman, Connecticut Independent � that was to be introduced Monday.
In a move that may derail a comprehensive and energy bill in the Senate, one of the measures central architects, Senator Lindsey Graham, has issued an angry protest over what he says are Democratic plans to give priority to a debate over immigration policy.
