A New York man who is currently on the waiting list for a new liver appeared in court yesterday to plead guilty to felony drunk driving.
He wasnt just a little tipsy when he was arrested either � he registered a blood alcohol level of 0.37 percent, which is more than four times the legal limit for operating a vehicle.
